Alessandro Cellini

Alessandro Cellini is an experienced professional in electrical engineering and grid connection management, currently serving as Head of Grid Italy at Lightsource bp since June 2023. Previously, Cellini held significant roles including Grid Connection Manager at Opdenergy, Photovoltaic Product Manager at Bonatti, and Senior Electrical Design Engineer at both Tozzi Sud spa and Energy Lab. SRL. Cellini's expertise encompasses the design and management of electric power production plants across various renewable energy sectors, including wind, solar, and hydro, as well as extensive experience in medium and high voltage stations and power line design. Cellini's educational background includes an Engineer's degree in Industrial Electronics Technology from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, obtained between 1985 and 1991.
