Global Head Of O&m Engineering at Lightsource bp

Konstantino Tsolakoglou has a diverse work experience in the engineering and renewable energy sectors. Konstantino is currently serving as the Global Head of O&M Engineering at Lightsource bp since July 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Engineering - O&M Department at the same company from January 2020 to July 2021.

Before joining Lightsource bp, Tsolakoglou worked at RTR CAPITAL as the Technical Director @RTR O&M. Konstantino was responsible for internal O&M management and asset management of a 24 MWp solar plant from May 2018 to December 2019. Konstantino also served as the Head of Engineering and Regional Manager at RTR CAPITAL from June 2016 to May 2018.

Konstantino also has experience as a Lecturer at Ordine degli Ingegneri della Provincia di Roma, where they conducted courses on photovoltaic expertise from October 2015 to December 2019.

In addition, Tsolakoglou has worked as an O&M Manager at Kenergia S.r.l., where they managed photovoltaic power plants, contract management, and coordination of O&M activities from August 2011 to May 2016. Konstantino has also worked as a Photovoltaic Engineer at RenEn Renewable Energy and as a Mechanical Engineer at INGAETA.

Tsolakoglou holds a Master's degree from Cranfield University, where they pursued an MSc in a relevant field from September 2007 to September 2008.

Konstantino Tsolakoglou's education history includes a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Turbomachinery from Cranfield University, which was completed between 2007 and 2008. Additionally, they obtained another MSc degree in Aerospace Engineering from Sapienza Università di Roma, although the specific start and end dates for this degree are not provided. In terms of additional certifications, Tsolakoglou obtained a certification in Managerial Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in July 2021.
