Tim Pfannenstiel

Tim Pfannenstiel is an experienced professional in the solar energy sector, currently serving as the Director of Development for the Southeast Region at Lightsource bp since February 2021, where responsibilities include managing a pipeline of utility-scale solar projects to ensure their bankability and readiness for investment. Prior roles include Senior Project Manager at Lightsource bp, Solar Project Manager at Signal Energy Constructors, and Pre-Construction Manager at Primoris Renewable Energy, among others. Pfannenstiel has a strong background in project management, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and technical diligence across various large-scale solar projects. Tim Pfannenstiel holds a degree in Geology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
