Yuriy Davidov

Yuriy Davidov is a seasoned finance professional specializing in renewable energy, currently serving as the Director of Structured Finance at Lightsource bp since January 2025, where responsibilities include leading the company's M&A and project finance strategy in Australia and New Zealand. Prior to this role, Yuriy held the position of Vice President of Capital Markets at Brookfield Renewable, managing non-recourse project finance activities for regional assets. With over 14 years of experience in renewable energy debt and M&A across EMEA and Australia, Yuriy previously served as a Partner and Australia Lead at Elgar Middleton Infrastructure & Energy Finance LLP, raising over A$ 2 billion for various renewable projects.
