Anoushka Vaswani

Anoushka Vaswani is currently a partner at Lightspeed Venture Partners, a leading venture capital firm. Anoushka has also worked at Osmos, Tonkean, Vinted / Kleiderkreisel, and MasterClass. At MasterClass, they were responsible for launching an interactive player for the Herbie Hancock class and re-evaluating the existing class launch and sign-up process. Prior to that, they worked as an investor at Matrix Partners, where they were involved in the development of many successful businesses, including Apple, SanDisk, Oculus VR, HubSpot, Zendesk, Care.com, Ambarella, and others. Before joining Matrix Partners, they were a senior associate at McKinsey & Company and an analyst at Goldman Sachs.

Anoushka Vaswani has a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics - Behavioral Economics from Columbia University in the City of New York. Anoushka was a Phi Beta Kappa and Summa Cum Laude graduate of Columbia University.
