Henry Ni

Henry N. is currently the Head of Value Creation at Lightspeed Venture Partners, where they lead value creation efforts in private equity, growth, and venture capital. Prior to this role, Henry worked in private equity value creation at Permira and Vector Capital, and served as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company. Henry also held positions at Navigant Consulting and Uber, with additional experience in capital markets at Dealogic and Guggenheim Partners. Henry earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Finance and International Business from New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
