Dan Winterberg

Dan Winterberg is a seasoned design leader with extensive experience in various technology and design firms. Currently serving as Design Group Manager at Lightspeed Commerce since October 2025, Dan leads design initiatives in Financial Services. Prior roles include Group Design Manager at HubSpot, where leadership was provided for Automation, Data Integrations, and Data AI teams, and Head of Design at Float, where Dan scaled a design team from one to four designers. Additional significant positions include Senior Design Manager at Shopify, Design Director at Salesforce, Design Manager at Fitbit, Practice Lead at Cooper, and UX Designer at Apple, where Dan contributed to numerous innovative design projects and led high-performing teams. Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of California, Berkeley.
