Dylan Jiang

Dylan Jiang is a Voice and Data Specialist at Lightspeed Commerce since August 2023. Previously, Dylan served as a Senior Professional Services Consultant and Professional Services Consultant at Genesys from September 2014 to May 2023, specializing in various solutions such as Framework, Voice Solution, and Workforce Management, along with software development skills in Java, C#, SQL, and C++. Earlier experience includes working as a Software Engineer at CanaPlus Consulting, focusing on software development in Java and C#, and involvement in government projects. Dylan also held the position of Business Process Consultant at the UOB-SMU Entrepreneurship Alliance from 2011 to 2012 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Singapore Management University, earned in 2012.
