Elif Cicek

Elif Cicek currently serves as the People Experience Program Manager at Lightspeed Commerce, overseeing the Global Career Development platform and leading the P&C Chatbot Project to improve employee experience. Prior to this role, Elif worked at Ballard Power Systems as a Senior Learning and Development Specialist, where responsibilities included the integration of the Global Learning Experience Platform and organizing the annual Global Leadership Off-site. Experience as a Learning and Development Specialist was also gained at LC Waikiki and TOFAS, focusing on need analysis, leadership program design, and high-potential employee development. Elif began a career as a Marketing Specialist at Fujitsu Türkiye, managing events and loyalty programs. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Business Administration from University Canada West, alongside multiple master’s degrees in Marketing and Communication from Istanbul Bilgi University and the State University of New York at Oswego, respectively, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations & Advertising from Istanbul University.
