Raul Cardozo

Raul Cardozo is a seasoned Sr. Software Engineer at Lightspeed Commerce since February 2025, previously taking a career break for personal development and language certification. With extensive experience at OLX from October 2011 to March 2024, Raul served in various leadership roles, including Lead Engineer for the Experimentation Team, where contributions included developing an in-house experimentation tool and creating scalable microservices. Additional roles involved building an event-based platform for evaluating seller performance, designing architecture for personalized user experiences, and driving high-value global projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Prior to OLX, Raul worked as a Project Leader at TeraCode and as an Auditor/Data Analyst at Superintendencia de Riesgos del Trabajo, specializing in data quality controls.
