Sarka Urbankova is a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional with extensive experience in full-cycle recruitment across various sectors, including technology, digital solutions, and hospitality. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Lightspeed Commerce since November 2025, Sarka previously held the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at BenchSci, where responsibilities included scaling the organization from 100 to 400 employees and developing strategic recruitment partnerships.
