Rahul Tiwari

Rahul Tiwari is an experienced professional in business development and alliances, currently serving as the Regional Head of Business Development & Alliances for Government & Utilities at Lightstorm since April 2021. Prior to this role, Rahul held various positions at Sterlite Power, including Chief Manager and Regional Manager, where significant contributions included establishing a public-private partnership for fibre infrastructure in Haryana and assisting state utilities in developing SCADA networks. With earlier experience as a System Engineer at ABB, Rahul specialized in industrial and utility communication solutions, managing multimillion-dollar projects for optical fibre networks across the Middle East. Rahul began their career with positions at Reliance Communications, ZTE Telecom, BSNL, and Idea Cellular Ltd, building a strong technical foundation in communication systems and network implementation. An alumnus of Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, Rahul holds a B.E. (Hons) in Electronics and Communication.
