Madeline Duke

Madeline Duke is an experienced service delivery professional with a strong background in customer service and collections within the financial sector. Currently serving as a Service Delivery Coordinator at Lightstream since July 2022, Madeline has previously worked at Primary Residential Mortgage managing lock desk operations, and at Select Portfolio Servicing as a Relationship Manager focused on mortgage servicing and customer inquiry resolution. Additional experience includes roles at Wells Fargo as a Senior Collections Specialist and at Discover Financial Services as a Credit Card Collections Specialist, where Madeline honed skills in managing delinquencies and implementing resolution plans.
