Michael Carus

Michael Carus is an accomplished executive and investor specializing in growing and scaling private equity backed and public technology and data-enabled services businesses. Michael most recently served as COO & CFO for Utilant, LLC, a high growth Insurtech SaaS company (sold to PE backed company). Prior to Utilant, Michael was CFO and Board Operating Committee of Perfecto Mobile (sold to PE backed Company). Previously, He served as President of RedVision, a premier tech-enabled service provider of title reports and real property data solutions (sold to public company First American) as well as serving as General Partner of Jersualem Venture Partners (JVP), a leading venture capital firm, where he led numerous technology investments and prior to that, Michael was COO and CFO of Fundtech (Nasdaq: FNDT), a web banking and e-payment solutions provider.

Michael is a CPA and graduated with a B.A. in Accounting from Ithaca College in New York.
