Clint Calli

Clint Calli, SPHR, currently serves as the Director and Head of HR at Lightwave Logic, Inc. since March 2025. Previously, Clint held the position of Human Resources Director and Head of HR at Space Foundation from September 2018 to March 2025, leading HR strategic alignment, talent development, and compliance across a multi-state staff for a scientific nonprofit. Prior experience includes serving as General Manager at Gold's Gym in 2017-2018, where Clint significantly improved facility performance and managed a multi-million dollar P&L, and as District Human Resources Captain and Store Manager at Kohl's from 2010 to 2017, focusing on operations and talent management for multiple locations. Clint began a management career at Kohl's as an HR/People Operations Manager, gaining early recognition for efficiency and dedication. Clint holds a Master of Jurisprudence in Labor & Employment Law from Tulane University Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing with a minor in Business Management from the University of Colorado.
