Steve Johnson is the Founder and Partner of LightWave Solar, LLC, a position held since 2006. Johnson served as Vice President on the Board of Directors for TenneSEIA from January 2011 to March 2017 and was President of the Tennessee Solar Energy Association from March 2010 to March 2011, where efforts focused on increasing solar awareness and promoting solar technology adoption in Tennessee. Johnson's educational background includes a degree from the University of Arkansas (1970-1975) and advanced training in photovoltaic design from Solar Energy International in 1999. Additionally, Johnson attended Carol Morgan High School in Santo Domingo and the American Cooperative School in La Paz, Bolivia.
