Allison Gunnink, MBA, MT-BC, currently serves as the Director of Clinical Information at Lightways Hospice and Serious Illness Care, a position held since March 2018. In this role, Allison develops reporting and data visualization tools, manages the Integrative Therapies Team, and oversees the Electronic Medical Record System while focusing on process improvements to enhance patient care quality. Prior experience includes serving as a Clinical Outcomes Manager at Lightways, as well as roles as an Associate Team Director and Music Therapist at Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care, and as a Music Therapist at VITAS Innovative Hospice Care. Allison holds a Master of Business Administration in Health Services from the University of St. Francis and a Bachelor of Arts in Music Therapy from Western Illinois University.
