Electromagnetic Engineer at Lightyear

Kévin Reigner has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering. Kévin is currently employed at Lightyear as an Electromagnetic Engineer. Prior to this, they worked at Siemens Gamesa as an Electromagnetic specialist from 2017 to 2021. Before that, they were a Post Doctorate in Engineering in mechatronics and actuator design at ASML from 2014 to 2016. Kévin also had a trainee position at the Electromechanic and Power Electronic Laboratory at Eindhoven University of Technology in 2013. In 2012, they interned in electrical grid maintenance at Réseau de Transport d'Électricité. Kévin'searly work experience includes a technician traineeship in physical measurements at Mines ParisTech - Centre Thermodynamique des Procédés in 2009.

Kévin Reigner has a diverse education history spanning multiple years and institutions. Kévin began their education in 2007 at IUT Orsay, where they earned a Diplôme Universitaire de Technologie in Mesures Physiques in 2009. Following this, they pursued further studies at Classe Préparatoire ATS and obtained an Équivalence L2 avec l'Université d'Evry in Mathematics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering in 2010. Reigner then attended Centrale Lille from 2010 to 2013, where they earned a Diplôme d'Ingénieur de l'Ecole Centrale de Lille in Généraliste. In 2013, they also completed a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Electrical Energy and Sustainable Development at Université Lille 1. Most recently, Reigner pursued their doctoral studies at Eindhoven University of Technology from 2014 to 2016, earning a Professional Doctorate in Engineering - Design of Electrical Engineering System (DEES) with a focus on Electromechanical Engineering.
