Don Cook

Don Cook has a strong background in business development and strategic partnerships in the healthcare industry. Don is currently serving as the Area Director of Business Development at Lightyear Health, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they were the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Concept Rehab, Inc from 2021 to 2023, where they focused on enhancing relationships with CCRC's, SNFs, and Senior Living communities. Don also played a crucial role in launching the Engage Wellness product line. From 2007 to 2020, Don held multiple roles at Encore Rehabilitation Services, including Director of PAC Strategic Development and Principal - RVP of Operations / VP of Business Development. During their tenure, they developed value-added services, enhanced census and quality measures, and significantly grew the company's revenue. Before that, they worked at Nursing Home Group / In House Rehabilitation Services as the Director of Business Development and later as the Regional Director of Operations. At Med-Trans Inc., Don served as the Director of Marketing and successfully developed strategic alliances to increase transport volume.

Don Cook attended Kilian Community College from 1993 to 1995, where they studied Human Services. Don then enrolled at the University of Sioux Falls from 1996 to 1997 to pursue a degree in Business Management. However, it is not specified whether they completed the degree.
