Randi Stecki, SHRM-CP has over 8 years of work experience in the Human Resources field. Randi began their career in 2014 as an Intern for Dancers Responding to AIDS at Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. In 2016, they took on the role of Sales Coordinator at Lease Advisors. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at Michael Page, where they held the roles of Recruitment Consultant- Property and Construction- Los Angeles, Senior Recruitment Consultant, and Managing Recruitment Consultant. In 2019, they became a Talent Advisor for the Northeast and Southeast Regions at Alliance Residential Company. In 2020, they joined Lurn Inc as Senior Lead Recruiter. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed Head of People and Head of Recruiting at Lightyear.

Randi Stecki, SHRM-CP completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Dance from Loyola Marymount University between 2013 and 2016. In 2020, they obtained a Dale Carnegie Certified Sales Advantage in Selling Skills and Sales Operations from Dale Carnegie Training. In August 2020, they obtained the Nail Your DevOps Interview certification from LinkedIn, and in July 2021 they obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
