Fedor Seregin

Fedor Seregin's work experience began in 2003 at SMARTS Volgograd GSM, where they worked as a Leading Engineer of the Operations Department of the MSC. Fedor then moved on to MegaFon in 2006, where they served as the Head of Information Technology Sector. In 2008, they joined Dialine as the CIO and remained in this role until 2016. From 2016 to 2017, Fedor worked as a Freelancer in the IT field. In 2017, they became a Software Developer at Critical Issue and later transitioned to the role of Software Engineer at SYLEX from June 2017 to February 2018. Currently, Fedor is employed at LigoLab Information System, first as a Software Engineer from February 2018 and now as the QA and DevOps Manager since November 2021.

Fedor Seregin began their education in 1991 at Technical Jobs in Russia, where they obtained an Engineer's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. Fedor continued their studies at the same institution and completed a Postgraduate Degree in Computer Science, which spanned from 1996 to 2008. In 2014, Fedor enrolled in Volgograd State University for a Master of Laws (LLM) degree, specializing in Constitutional and Municipal Law. Fedor successfully completed their LLM studies in 2016 at Volgograd State University.
