Thad Bogle

Thad Bogle has a diverse and extensive work experience in various industries. Thad started their career at DEPCO LLC in 2000 and worked there until 2003 as a Technical Support. From 2003 to 2006, they worked at Jeld-Wen as a Site Facilitator and Production Manager. Thad then joined Danaher in 2006 and worked as a Forming Factory Manager until 2008. Thad then spent eight years at Kaiser Aluminum Corp, working as a KPS Manager and Plant Manager. In 2016, Thad joined HBD Industries, Inc. as a General Manager and remained in that role until 2019. Currently, they are the Vice President and General Manager at Ligon Industries, LLC, the leading manufacturer of hydraulic cylinders in North America. Thad's expertise lies in manufacturing, operations management, and leadership.

Thad Bogle has a Lean Manager Certification from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, which they obtained in 2016. Thad also has an MBA from Arizona State University, awarded between 2011 and 2013. Thad completed their Bachelor's degree at Pittsburg State University from 2000 to 2003. Prior to that, they pursued General Studies at Missouri Western State University from 1998 to 1999.
