Isabel Mayo has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Isabel started their career as a Sailing Instructor at Tabor Academy from June 2016 to August 2017. Isabel then worked as a Clinical Research Assistant at Duke University School of Medicine from March 2018 to May 2018. Following that, they served as a Research Assistant at Kansai University in the Functional Polymer Lab from May 2018 to July 2018. Isabel undertook a role as a Quality Management Systems Intern at bioMérieux from May 2019 to August 2019. Concurrently, they also joined North Carolina State University as an Undergraduate Researcher in the Regenerative Engineering Design Lab from August 2018 to June 2020. From June 2020 to October 2021, Isabel worked at Phreesia, initially as an Associate in Client Services and gradually advanced to Senior Associate. Isabel then took on the role of a Consultant in Client Services from January 2022 to September 2022, followed by being a Lead Client Success Manager until April 2023. Currently, Isabel is an Implementation Project Manager at Liine, starting in April 2023.

Isabel Mayo attended North Carolina State University from 2016 to 2020, where they studied Biomedical Engineering. During the same period, they also enrolled in the UNC/NC State Joint Department of Biomedical Engineering at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In May 2020, Isabel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from North Carolina State University. Additionally, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the same institution in May 2020.
