Tom Giordmaina

Tom Giordmaina has over 18 years of work experience in the technology industry. Tom began their career in 2003 as a Test Manager at Ericsson, where they managed a team of up to 12 resources, and provided accurate testing estimates for customer projects. In 2009, they moved to News Digital Media as a Test Manager, where they managed, mentored, and developed a team of up to 15 resources. Tom then joined InterSystems as a Test Analyst, where they were responsible for the timely execution of manual Functional/ Non-Functional testing of a unique and complex Health Centric Web based system. In 2012, they became a Test and Release Manager at Hollard Financial Services. In 2015, they joined News Corp Australia as a Test Director (Head of Testing) - Digital, where they provided operational support for the delivery of software testing outcomes across multiple agile product teams and their supporting platforms. In 2016, they became the Director Board Of Directors at LifeCircle Australia, and also joined Kablamo Pty Ltd as the Chief Operations Officer and Sydney Lead (Head of Operations). In 2019, they joined OFX as the Head of Engineering and Platforms, and in 2021, they became the Chief Product and Technology Officer at Like Family.

Tom Giordmaina has completed two educational programs. Tom has obtained the ISTQB Foundation certification and holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from Western Sydney University.
