Gredsa-Ly Zayas-Prieto

Gredsa-Ly Zayas-Prieto has a strong background in financial reporting and regulatory compliance. Gredsa-Ly began their career in 2002 as VP Corporate SEC and Corporate Reporting at Doral Financial Corporation, where they were responsible for ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and overseeing the preparation of internal and external financial reports. Gredsa-Ly also served as a liaison with external auditors, corporate attorneys, and executive management.

In 2011, Zayas-Prieto joined EVERTEC as an External SEC Reporting Consultant, where they continued to focus on SEC reporting and regulatory compliance. Gredsa-Ly also served as a manager in the Regulatory Reporting Division, supervising two resources. Gredsa-Ly played a key role in implementing the XBRL filing process.

In 2014, Zayas-Prieto joined Brightstar Corp. as a Senior Manager Financial Reporting. Gredsa-Ly later advanced to the role of Director Financial Reporting, where they continued to oversee financial reporting and regulatory compliance.

Most recently, Zayas-Prieto joined Likewize in 2021 as the Director of Financial Reporting. Gredsa-Ly is responsible for leading financial reporting efforts within the company.

Gredsa-Ly Zayas-Prieto completed their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting at the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras Campus from 1996 to 2001. Gredsa-Ly further pursued their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law at the Interamerican University School of Law from 2004 to 2007.
