Koji Sugihara

Koji Sugihara has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies and roles. Starting as a Warehouse Assistant at Rose Bud co.,ltd. in 2004, they managed inventory for multiple shops and improved operational processes. Koji then joined DHL Supply Chain in 2011 and held various positions such as Assistant Supervisor, Supervisor, Operation Manager, and Key Account Manager. In these roles, they oversaw warehouse operations, managed customer relationships, and implemented warehouse management system migrations. In 2018, Sugihara joined SC Johnson as an Associate Logistics Manager, responsible for domestic logistics activities and new product launch projects. Koji then joined CSL Behring in 2019 as a Senior Manager, leading logistics operations in Japan and Republic of Korea. In this role, they managed 3PL providers, handled import brokerage, warehousing, distribution, and disposal, and led logistics initiatives for new product launches and services. Most recently, they are set to become the Director of Operations at Likewize in 2023.
