Hailey Lee

Hailey Lee is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in growth strategy, corporate development, and business operations across various industries. As Director of Growth & Partnerships at Lil Snack since September 2025, Hailey leads impactful initiatives. Previously, at WEBTOON from September 2022 to August 2025, Hailey held roles including Senior Manager in Global Corporate Development, focusing on M&A and strategic partnerships, and Manager of Global IP Business, where Hailey launched and scaled the North American DTC e-commerce business. Hailey's earlier experience includes significant positions at Stanford University Graduate School of Business as Co-President of the Arts, Media, and Entertainment Club, CJ ENM ENTERTAINMENT DIV., Discovery Inc, Branded Pictures Entertainment, and CNBC, demonstrating a strong foundation in media and economics.
