Neetu R. is the Co Founder and CEO of Lilac Software, a platform that addresses data fragmentation issues in the health insurance industry by providing modern analytics solutions. Prior to this, Neetu has held high-ranking positions in companies like Oscar Health, My Empathy Project, Conductor, Inc., and Microsoft. Neetu's journey in technology and business management began with a BS in Computer Science from Pace University, followed by an MBA in Technology Management from UW Foster School of Business.
