James Hickenlooper, MBA, PMP has over 20 years of experience in project management and engineering roles. James has worked for various companies in the engineering and mineral processing industries, including Lilac Solutions, Inc., FLSmidth, Precision Systems Engineering, Inc., Thatcher Company, CEntry Constructors & Engineers, and Fluor Corporation. Throughout their career, James has managed complex projects, implemented project controls and financial reporting systems, and provided engineering and process support. James has successfully led teams, improved project execution, and recovered revenue through diligent claim processing and negotiation. James is skilled in project planning, financial forecasting, risk management, and vendor management. James'sexpertise and experience make him a valuable asset to any organization.

James Hickenlooper, MBA, PMP, has a strong educational background in both business administration and engineering. James obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration, Management and Operations from Brigham Young University in 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in Chemical Engineering at Brigham Young University from 1995 to 1998. James'sundergraduate education also took place at Brigham Young University, where they earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering from 1989 to 1995.

In addition to their academic achievements, James has also obtained several certifications to enhance their professional qualifications. James received the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in November 2016. This certification validates their expertise in project management. In July 2016, they obtained a Certificate of Training from the U.S. Department of Labor, further broadening their skill set. Additionally, James holds a Professional Engineer certification from the State of Utah Department of Commerce, obtained in January 2003.
