Justin Pendleton

Justin Pendleton's work experience includes roles in various companies and positions.

Justin currently works as the Principal Process Engineer at Lilac Solutions, Inc. since April 2023.

Prior to that, they worked as a Sr. Project Engineer at Balchem Human Nutrition & Health from July 2021 to April 2023.

Justin also served as a Manufacturing Engineer at Tesla from November 2020 to July 2022.

Before joining Tesla, they worked as a Project Engineer at Henkel from August 2012 to September 2020.

Justin has also worked as a Sr. Process/Project Engineer at Molycorp Minerals, LLC from October 2011 to June 2012.

Their earlier experience includes working as a Chemical Process Engineer at Ceramatec, Inc. from June 2000 to October 2011, where they were responsible for various tasks including cost modeling, process design, and overseeing construction of electro-chemical systems.

Justin Pendleton attended Saguaro High School from 1988 to 1992. After completing high school, they went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Utah, graduating in 2002.
