Claire Hsu has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Claire began their career in 2006 as a Mandarin Interpreter at LanguageLine Solutions, where they provided over-the-phone interpretation and customer service for Mandarin-speaking clients in various industries. In 2007, they worked as a Marketing Specialist & Technical Writer at Corega Inc. for several months before joining eSobi Inc. as a Senior Global Product Marketing & PR Specialist in 2008. At eSobi Inc., they managed integrated marketing programs and public relations globally, created marketing materials, gave product demonstrations, acquired positive product reviews, and managed social media accounts. Claire supervised two marketing assistants during this time. In 2010, Claire joined Corel Corporation as a Digital Marketing and eCommerce Lead, APAC, responsible for leading digital marketing and eCommerce initiatives in the Asia-Pacific region until 2014. In 2015, they joined Digital River as an APAC Marketing & Demand Generation Representative for a period of nine months, before moving on to their current role as a Marketing Manager at LILEE Systems. At LILEE Systems, they lead the marketing team, develops marketing strategies, executes marketing programs, creates product positioning and key messages, manages vendors, redesigns the company's website, leads implementations of marketing automation and CRM platforms, and manages resources and collaborations for product launches and events.
Claire Hsu received their Bachelor's Degree in Communication Arts from Fu Jen Catholic University between the years 2000 and 2004. Claire then pursued further education and obtained a Master's Degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, from 2004 to 2006.
