Nadi Tomeh

Nadi Tomeh has a diverse work experience in various academic and research roles. They started their career as a Teaching Assistant at the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology at Damascus University in 2005. They also worked as a Software Engineer at Nynus Co. from 2005 to 2007. In 2008, Nadi became a Ph.D. Student at LIMSI-CNRS while also working as a Teaching Assistant at IUT d'Orsay. They then had a research internship at Xerox Research Centre Europe in 2008. Nadi continued their research career as a Postdoctoral Research Scientist at the Center for Computational Learning Systems, Columbia University from 2012 to 2013. They joined Université Paris 13 as an Assistant Professor in 2013 and later worked as an NLP Expert at Lili.ai from 2016. In 2017, Nadi took on part-time teaching roles at both Université Paris Diderot and École Polytechnique, which lasted until 2018. Their work experience demonstrates their expertise in teaching, research, and natural language processing.

Nadi Tomeh earned a Master's degree in Computer Science from Université Joseph Fourier (Grenoble I) in 2008. Following this, Nadi pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Computer Science from Paris-Sud University (Paris XI) and successfully completed the program in 2011.
