Maria De Alba currently serves as the People Development & Project Manager at Lilium, where responsibilities include leading the deployment of a Competency Matrix across various divisions and partnering with leadership to align learning paths. Prior experience includes managing global learning strategies at SIXT, overseeing the implementation of a people development strategy, and launching a mentoring platform. Maria’s background also encompasses roles in people development coordination at CISV International, consultancy for women's empowerment initiatives, and diplomatic support for Mexican entrepreneurs in Silicon Valley. Maria holds a Master of Arts in Development Economics and International Development from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from Universidad de Guadalajara.
