David Doxsey

David Doxsey is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in facility management and operations within the healthcare industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Building and Engineering at Lillibridge Healthcare Services since December 2019, Doxsey leads national engineering and maintenance operations for the LHS Medical Office Building portfolio. Prior experience includes significant roles at JLL, where Doxsey was Senior Vice President for Healthcare Solutions, overseeing the Kindred Healthcare account and managing operations for 41 long-term acute care hospitals. Doxsey has also held management positions at Duke Energy and Procter & Gamble, contributing to facility oversight and project management across diverse portfolios. Doxsey's education includes studies at the University of Cincinnati along with a Building Trades Journeyman certification from Pipefitters Local Union 392.
