Andrea Bartlett is an accomplished HR leader currently serving as the VP of People & Organization Development at Lillio, previously known as HiMama, since October 2023. With extensive experience, Andrea has acted as an Expert in Residence for both the DMZ Innisfil program and the Rogers Cybersecure Catalyst at Toronto Metropolitan University, providing critical HR advisory support. Previous roles include VP of People at Humi and Avicanna Inc., as well as various leadership positions at BlackShire Group and J.S. Ferraro. Andrea's foundation in human resources and management is supported by an MBA from Toronto Metropolitan University and bachelor's degrees in Human Resources Management from Ryerson University and Business Administration from Chung-Ang University.
