Colin Dowdle

Colin Dowdle has a diverse work experience spanning from 2009 to present. Currently, they are the Co-Founder and CEO of Lillipad, a role they started in August 2021. Prior to this, Colin worked as the Head of Innovation at BM&S Consulting LLC from July 2020 to May 2022.

Before joining BM&S Consulting, Colin served as the Business Development Manager at Tide Cleaners from April 2019 to June 2020. In this role, they successfully launched Tide Cleaners Milwaukee and led new B2B initiatives in Chicago.

From 2013 to 2019, Colin was the Founder of Wakes 2 Flakes, an ice rink installation company based in the northern suburbs of Chicago. Colin managed the company's operations and installations of personal ice rinks for customers.

Earlier in their career, Colin worked as a Sales representative at DirecTech from August 2017 to April 2019. Colin played a key role in pioneering the sales of digital marketing products to small businesses nationwide and trained new employees on sales processes and products.

Colin also held the position of Campus Wingman at johnnie-O from August 2015 to May 2017. Additionally, they worked as a Sales Intern at COUNTRY Financial in 2016, where they gained valuable business skills in the sales and marketing fields.

Furthermore, Colin gained experience as an Operations Assistant at Pressbox from June 2013 to August 2015. Colin assisted with managing inventories and installing Pressbox services in over 120 locations in Chicago.

Their early work experience includes working as a Caddy at Sunset Ridge Country Club from April 2009 to September 2011.

Colin Dowdle attended Marquette University from 2013 to 2017, where they studied Entrepreneurship. Prior to that, they attended Loyola Academy from 2009 to 2013. Before entering high school, Colin attended Our Lady of Perpetual Help from 2000 to 2009.
