Martin Antony

Martin Antony has a comprehensive work experience in the sourcing and retail industry. Martin started their career as a management trainee at Antony in 1992, where they learned all aspects of garment-related jobs. Martin went on to work as a Quality Manager at Otto AGN, where they successfully reduced rejection percentage and improved their quality rating. Martin then joined Tommy Hilfigure as a Quality Manager and later served as the General Manager at KPR knits ltd.

In 2000, they joined Linmark International HK ltd and established their Tirupur office, serving as the Quality Manager and Branch Manager. During their tenure, their main customers were Mothercare UK and Hudson's Bay Canada.

In 2005, they joined Mothercare sourcing India ltd as the Country Manager and Managing Director, where they successfully started and established their operations in India.

In 2008, they joined Lilliput Kidswear Ltd as the Director of Sourcing and Merchandising, later becoming the Director of Sourcing. At Lilliput, they established a sourcing operation with a strong team, competitive prices, excellent delivery performance, and high-quality standards.

Their most recent role was as the Managing Director at MACFIT- SOURCING SERVICES, a sourcing company specializing in children's garments, especially baby garments.

Martin Antony is currently pursuing a Doctorate degree and holds an MBA from the Regional College of management/UNC Australia. Martin specializes in Marketing and Personal fields of study.
