Tao Yu, Ph.D., is a Vice President with Lilly Asia Ventures (LAV). Prior to joining LAV, Tao was an Engagement Manager and a core member of Healthcare Practice at McKinsey Greater China, serving pharma and medtech companies across different strategy topics. Prior to McKinsey, Tao worked as an Investment Fellow at Hatteras Venture Partners. Tao holds a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and dual B.S. in Biology and Economics from Peking University.
