Charles Preston

Charles Preston has over three decades of experience in community development and business services. Since September 1990, Charles has served as Program Director for Community Development at Lilly Endowment. Prior to this role, Charles held the position of Director of Business and Financial Services at the Indiana Department of Commerce from 1984 to 1989. Charles earned an MBA from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame between 1974 and 1976 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, Business, and Philosophy from Wittenberg University, completed in 1974. Charles's early education was completed at Park School, where studies were undertaken from 1964 to 1970.
