Alison Merchant

Alison Merchant has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Alison started their career at Urban Outfitters in 2005, where they worked in the Human Resources department until 2007. Alison then joined Lilly Pulitzer in 2007 as a Human Resources Associate, and later became a Human Resources Senior Associate in 2008. From 2009 to 2013, they served as the Manager of Human Resources at Lilly Pulitzer. Alison then progressed to the role of Senior Manager of Human Resources from 2013 to 2016. In 2016, they were promoted to the position of Director of Talent Development, and in 2018, they became the Senior Director of Talent Development. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Talent at Lilly Pulitzer, which they began in May 2021.

Alison Merchant attended Penn State University from 1998 to 2002 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Development and Family Studies.
