Melanie McDonald has extensive experience in the retail and fashion sectors, currently holding a position with Lilly Pulitzer since 2014. Additionally, Melanie co-founded Lola M Scrubs in December 2013, focusing on creating fashionable scrubs designed to enhance confidence and comfort, with plans to introduce men's scrubs soon. Prior to these roles, Melanie served as a Clinic Manager at American Family Care from June 2009 to January 2012. Melanie's educational background includes a Registered Nurse degree from Jefferson Davis Community College (1999-2001) and an LPN degree from Wallace State Hanceville (1995-1998).
