Laurent Jolie

COO at Lilo

Laurent Jolie is the COO at Lilo, an organization dedicated to helping environmental and social startups scale direct responses to Sustainable Development Goals. Prior to this, they were a partner at 50 Partners Impact, an ecosystem for positive impact startups. Laurent has also served as an angel investor, investing in early-stage startups with a positive impact on global warming and health. In addition, Laurent is a co-founder of Lalilo, a company that fights school failure by providing every child its personalized path toward becoming a confident reader. Laurent has also served as a business developer at Capital Biotech SAS and as an expert in electronic at EXPLAIN. Lastly, they have experience as a network security engineer at the Direction générale du Trésor (French Treasury) and as a chef de section in the Armée de Terre.

Laurent Jolie graduated from the Ecole polytechnique in 2016 with a degree in electrical engineering. Laurent then went on to study entrepreneurship at the University of California, Berkeley as a visiting scholar. In 2009, they graduated from Lycée Lakanal et Louis-le-Grand with a CPGE in physics, mathematics, and engineering sciences.
