Kunal Shah

Kunal Shah, PhD, is an accomplished professional in the field of materials science and engineering, currently serving as President of LiloTree since January 2011. In this role, Kunal Shah oversees the development, manufacturing, and supply of proprietary products, including ENIG-Premium and Ni-less ENIG-Premium plating solutions that enhance the reliability of electronic assemblies. Prior experience includes roles as Research Scientist at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory from 2009 to 2011, Senior Research Scientist at Intel from 2005 to 2008, and Research Associate at the University of Florida from 2000 to 2004. Kunal Shah earned a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Florida.
