Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Product & Design at LILT, Mariusz C. has a strong background in establishing design functions, creating design systems, and integrating user-centric approaches into product development. Previous positions include Head of Design at anynines, Lead Product Designer at LILT, and Lead Product Designer at Kanbanery, where Mariusz C. was pivotal in shaping visual identities and enhancing user experiences.
