Alita Pinto

Alita Pinto has a diverse range of work experience in the field of user experience design and software engineering. Alita recently joined Lily AI as a Senior Product Designer in November 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Tangible as a User Experience Designer from March 2020 to November 2021. Alita also has experience at Akamai Technologies, where they held the role of User Experience Designer from June 2017 to March 2020. At Akamai Technologies, they played a key role in overhauling the customer purchasing experience and launching numerous features with applied design standards and UX best practices. Before their time at Akamai Technologies, Alita worked as a User Experience Designer at the Indiana Medical History Museum, where they developed a product roadmap and designed concepts for a museum archival system. Additionally, they gained experience as a User Experience Designer at Akamai Technologies, where they provided design expertise to support technology migration for a config app. Prior to their roles in UX design, Alita worked as a Software Engineer at Accenture from March 2013 to July 2015.

Alita Pinto holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician from the University of Mumbai. Alita also has a Master's Degree in Human-Computer Interaction from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis.
