Jamie Gerardi

Jamie Gerardi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They began their career as a Production Assistant at Fox News Channel in 2001 and later worked as an Editor at WeightWatchers.ca from 2005 to 2007. Jamie then joined Weight Watchers as a Senior Editor from 2007 to 2015. During this time, they also freelanced as a Writer for Bloomberg Businessweek in 2011. They then worked as a Freelance Consultant at KittyHawk Digital in 2013.

In 2015, Jamie joined the Greater New York Automobile Dealers Association as the Director of Editorial Communications. In this role, they were responsible for writing, editing, and producing various publications, including the GNYADA Newsletter. They also wrote speeches and presentations for Association executives and handled email news blasts. They worked closely with attorneys, lobbyists, and stakeholders to gather relevant content. Jamie continued to work at the Greater New York Automobile Dealers Association until 2018.

In 2018, Jamie joined LIM College as a Copywriter, contributing to the marketing and communications efforts of the college. They later became the Associate Director of Communications, responsible for promoting the LIM College brand through various forms of content, including written, video, and social media. Jamie also created and produced News & Events articles to showcase the achievements and experiences of students, alumni, and faculty. They collaborated with various departments both within and outside the college for this role. Jamie's freelance writing and editing work also continued alongside their position at LIM College.

Jamie Gerardi attended SUNY New Paltz from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies.
