Kathleen Ober

Kathleen Ober, MA, currently serves as an Adjunct Professor in the Career and Internship Services Department at LIM College, where responsibilities include teaching career education courses and advising students on achieving career goals. Concurrently, Kathleen holds the position of Executive Director of Key Account Management at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., focusing on Direct Response Television and live video commerce while managing key relationships with QVC/HSN. Previous experience encompasses consulting as an Account Management & Sales Director, on-air brand education for philosophy on QVC, and various marketing roles across notable companies, including LVMH and Coty. Kathleen attained a Master of Arts in Industrial Organizational Psychology with a concentration in Coaching and Consulting from Touro University Worldwide, in addition to a B.S. in International Trade and Marketing from the Fashion Institute of Technology and an A.A.S. in Fashion Merchandising from LIM College.
