Richard Pedtke

Richard Pedtke has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several decades. Richard served as the Board Director for LIM Innovations starting in 2012. Prior to that, they held the position of Board Director and International Strategic Planning Consultant at Greenheck from 2010 to 2019. Richard also served as the Senior Vice President & President at Ingersoll Rand from 2005 to 2007, and as the President & CEO at Bobcat during the same period. Previously, they were the President at Ingersoll Rand from 2003 to 2005. In addition, Richard held various roles at Thermo King, including President from 2000 to 2005, Vice President & Managing Director from 1994 to 2000, and Vice President of Marketing & Sales from 1988 to 1994. Richard also worked as Vice President of Marketing & Sales at Thermo King from 1985 to 1988. Prior to that, they served as the General Sales Manager at Westinghouse Electric Company from 1982 to 1985.

Richard Pedtke attended Marquette University from 1966 to 1970, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. Richard then pursued further education at Northwestern University from 1977 to 1978, studying Masters in Management studies.
