Paola Loayza Arana

Paola Loayza Arana has extensive experience in the aviation and real estate sectors, currently serving as Real Estate Manager at LIMA AIRPORT PARTNERS since February 2001. In this role, Paola is responsible for developing the real estate business by marketing strategic locations at the Lima airport, fostering private investment for airport city development. Previous positions at LIMA AIRPORT PARTNERS include Gerente de Servicios de Aviación, focusing on route development and client needs, and Jefe Operaciones-Comercial, managing operations, resources, and airport expansion projects. Earlier experience at CORPAC S.A. as Ingeniero Civil involved project documentation and infrastructure oversight. Paola holds a Master's in Business Administration from UPC and a degree in Civil Engineering from Ricardo Palma University, complemented by strategic management training from the Escuela de Dirección de la Universidad de Piura.
