Rick Sanchez

Rick Sanchez has held various leadership roles in the field of safety and security, including Director of Public Safety and Security at Lima Memorial Health System, where Rick currently serves as Chief of Police. Prior to that, Rick worked as the Environmental, Safety and Operations Manager at AIP Logistics Inc. and at CSX Railroad as a CSX Transportation supervisor. With a background as a State Trooper at the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Rick has a proven track record in law enforcement, safety procedures, and personnel supervision. Rick is a commissioned law enforcement officer with extensive training and experience in maintaining statistical reporting and crash-causing statistics.
